Rates & Reservations

We offer a 10% to non-profit organizations. Professional groups encouraged to inquire. Prices subject to change.
2 Night minimum.

Rates are based on 4 person occupancy.  There is an additional charge of $25 per person per night.

Cleaning fee is $200-300, depending on the size of the group.  Everything is included in this home (linens, etc)
There is a small lagoon cabin at the water, which can be used in the summer. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
The FULLY REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT is $1,000.  This will be promptly returned, after assessment, with the use of PayPal.

Policies of Lagoon House Occupancy:
House should be left in the condition of which it was found.
No Smoking
Any pay-per-view charges will be deducted from refundable security deposit
Adult supervision is mandatory while children are in the hot tub
Hot tub must be locked when not in use
Adult supervision is also mandatory while children are playing in the lower lot Lagoon area
Tree swing must be locked when not in use
Do not discard ashes from the fireplace
