“Lagoon House” is located where the lagoon meets beautiful Monterey Bay, just minutes to downtown Capitola and sleeps 6-8 people.  Breathtaking views abound from this beautifully decorated two bedroom home and features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, large garden and deck with sunken Jacuzzi.  This home has a washer and dryer, eat in kitchen and a large dining room.  The master bedroom has a king bed and steam shower big enough for two.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed and a half bath.  The queen futon in the family room can sleep 2 and has a screen for added privacy with a full bath in the hall. This home has a two day minimum rental requirement unless other arrangements are made.    There is No Smoking anywhere on or in the premises or the yard.  Please leave the house clean of anything you use or bring in.  Wash and put away any dishes you use. Remove all food items when you leave and wipe out refrigerator. Please be sure to clean the oven and stove after cooking.  Wipe down all counters and sweep the floor during your stay.  Strip all bedding and place it and used towels etc. near the laundry room.  No additional people may stay in the house without additional cost and prior permission.  Parking space is limited to 4 vehicles. There are No animals allowed on the property. Please shower off before entering the hot tub. Your refund depends on this.  No perfumes, lotion or deodorants please.  Please rinse off all sand before entering the house or Jacuzzi.  No children under 10 years old are allowed in the Jacuzzi.  Dispose of any garbage you generate in the recycle and garbage bins provided.    Check out is 11:00 am.  Check in 2:00 pm.
