This restorative Beach Home is located in the Pleasure Point Area of Santa Cruz.  It sits on a Natural Estuary called Corcoran Lagoon, which continues along the corridor and into Monterey Bay. It is within walking distance to renowned surf spots, restaurants, hiking and bike trails. It is a  short walk to the boogie board paradise at Sunny Cove beach and world class surfing at Pleasure Point and the Hook.  The location embraces the natural beauty of California's Central Coast.  Capitola Village is a 20 minute walk.  Monterey/Carmel is 1 hour drive  and San Francisco 1.25 hours north.  There is a Craftsman Style Library directly across the lagoon.

Accommodation
It can sleep 2-4-6-8 people. Upstairs Master Suite has 1 king bed and a large steam shower. The ground floor bedroom has 1 queen and 1 double bed and a half bath. The family room has a queen innerspring mattress futon with screens for added privacy. Large full bath is in hallway.

The main floor has an open design, which joins the living room, family room, and formal dining room.  The windows and
French doors look out on the lagoon, home to egrets, other birds and ducks, all surrounded by a canopy of Eucalyptus trees.
